Pricing

Corporate Registry

  • Corporate Annual Returns - $80.00

  • Incorporations – a numbered company - $400.00 

  • Incorporations – a named company - $450.00 

  • Dissolutions - $50.00

  • Director and Shareholder Resolutions                     (based on complexity) - $25.00 - $150.00

  • All three levels of Alberta CORES accreditation.  

Wills, Estates, and Surrogate Fees

  • Individual Wills                                                       (based on complexity) - $100.00 - $300.00

  • Personal Directives - $75.00

  • Enduring Power of Attorney - $90.00 to $150.00 

  • Surrogate Document Preparation                           (based on complexity) $100.00 – $300.00

  • Commissioner for Oaths - $30.00 per signature

Business Support

Some of our associates are skilled in Office Management – being able to set up PowerPoint presentations, set up mobile phones, computers, laptops, tablets, to streamline your apps to work with you (sometimes they will give Phone Use 101) for small businesses to make things easier to be mobile yet connected. Prices are on a per hour basis from $30.00 to $60.00 per hour (based on complexity)

 

We Can Help U with an extra pair of hands when you need them to support your office needs. Price based on the complexity of the situation. Digital Minute books are proving to be the answer to cross-border bidding, mobility of information for accountants, lawyers, bankers and business owners to know important points regarding a corporation.    Many small business owners do not even know what a minute book is or why you need one.  We can recreate lost minute books for most corporations from Federal to Provincial companies.

We Can Help U by being attentive to your unique needs and crafting the best wills, accurate documents, efficiently and carefully for a reasonable price. Diplomas may add hundreds of dollars to the bill and the skill, but We Can Help U has years of experience to bring to the table, with proven results.      

Legal Documents

Transfer of Land – Affidavit of Surviving Spouse - $80.00 including a new title.

Land fees are based on service required (multiple years of experience) individual pricing. Ask Liz about the money….

All types of Contracts – When we read them, analyze them, comment on them and prepare paperwork on the pitfall possibilities we base our time on a scale of $30.00 per hour up to $50.00 per hour (based on complexity).

 

We Can Help U with creating your own contracts for your unique needs.  An important part of our team is Russ Gregory, our experienced Lawyer skilled in Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, based in both Alberta and Saskatchewan.
